Dear Sir,

We are writing to let you know that ten dozens of glasses we ordered from you on August 20 we received yesterday were badly damaged.
As the package appeared in a good condition, I received and signed for it without any questions. After I opened the packing with a great care I looked at the glasses one by one. There were ten dozens of glasses damaged.
I shall be glad if you will replace all the damaged glasses. We are looking forward to hearing from you the replacement will be sent by return.

I was sorry to learn from your letter or 14 July that some of the laptop supplied to this order were damaged when they reached you.
Replacements for the damaged goods have been sent by package post tomorrow morning .It will not be necessary for you to return the damaged goods; they maybe destroyed.
Despite the care we take in packing goods there have recently been several reports of damage. To avoid further inconvenience and annoyance to costumers, as well as expense to ourselves, we are now seeking the advice of a packing consultant in the hope of improving our methods of handling.
We apologize once again for this, and hope the steps we use taking will ensure the safe arrival of all yours orders in future.

I want to complain against this Hotel Indah Jajag on the service a very ugly and not very satisfying for me personally to come here.

anyways, equipment are still not good.When I'll sleep there is no blanket at all on the mattress and the pillow was too dirty

ago, when I tell about this to the hotel clerk, but they remain indifferent and ignorant about this

a very unfortunate one is not in accordance with advertised. asserts that "enjoy our services".

I am very disappointed with this, I will ask for lodging costs refunded or replaced better facilities.

I expect this problem to be addressed immediately now.Thank you for your concern
